Our extensive flexible manufacturing plant showcases the latest in CNC machining, bending and fabrication processes including industry firsts in welding technology.

A collection of special purpose processes combined with a full sheet metal fabrication facility to enable the manufacture of all our products on site in Birmingham.

Many years experience of manipulating aluminium extrusions adds to the flexibility that our multi axis CNC push bending equipment is capable of.  Tight radii or gentle sweeping can all be achieved on a repeatable basis.

3 and 4 axis machining, complex extrusion manipulation, robot welding and electrostatic polyester powder paint line combine with our assembly and test facilities to provide a real strategic supply opportunity for first tier and OEM clients looking to source higher level assemblies.

Our extensive logistic network currently supports exports to over 30 countries worldwide, including JIT deliveries from our UK headquarters and USA warehouse.
