About the 5003

The 5003 was originally designed and produced by us to meet stringent naval conditions.  It is still in demand when a robust ball bearing slide is wanted, although the alternative constructions now available may be preferred.  Unless otherwise ordered slides are supplied without fixing holes and the internal stops are arranged so that the travel is equal to the closed length (normal extension).  If required, a shorter (under-extension) or longer (over-extension) travel can be provided within reasonable limits.
