Further US Growth with Eco Friendly Vehicle Alliance 

Since the launch of the Modec zero emission electric vehicle, Widney have been supplying driver’s sun blinds for the UK build.  2011 sees the start of production of this vehicle in North America.  

Modec have formed a joint venture with US auto giant Navistar.  The jointly owned company Navistar-Modec EV Alliance (NMEVA) will build the low emission vehicle at its plant in Wakarusa, Indiana.

Navistar is a major customer of Widney’s new US distributor and further establishes Widney’s position in the US market.
